RankD provides Google Ads campaign management, landing page design, and related digital marketing services for service-based businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.
Ad Spend
Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform (Google). RankD does not collect, handle, or mark up your ad spend. You retain full ownership of your Google Ads account at all times.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to leads generated by your campaigns in a timely manner, maintaining an active ad spend budget as agreed, and communicating with us regarding any changes to your business, service areas, or offerings.
Intellectual Property
All ad copy, landing page designs, and campaign strategies created by RankD remain the intellectual property of RankD until the client’s account is paid in full. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for your business transfers to you, with the exception of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used across multiple clients.
Limitation of Liability
RankD is not liable for changes to Google’s advertising platform, policies, or algorithms that may affect campaign performance. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RankD in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
4. Disclaimer
RankD does not guarantee specific results, rankings, call volumes, or revenue increases from any campaign. Digital advertising results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your industry, competition, geographic market, ad spend budget, seasonality, and how effectively your team handles inbound leads. Past results referenced on this website, including testimonials, are not a guarantee of future performance. All advertising platforms, including Google, are subject to policy changes, algorithm updates, and account restrictions at any time without notice.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our management fees. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your campaign launch, you may request a full refund of the management fees paid to RankD. This guarantee applies only to fees paid to RankD for our services. It does not include any ad spend paid directly to Google, one-time setup fees for work already completed, or any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We ask for written notice via email. Upon cancellation, we will complete any work in progress for the current billing period, provide you with full access to your Google Ads account and any assets created for your business, and cease all campaign management at the end of the current billing cycle.
